At Fargocat Retreats, we want you to feel pampered as you enjoy 14 + Hours of Non-Stop Scrapbooking. Since this is my first crop, I will be focusing on quality not quantity. This event will be limited to 30 scrapbookers. Each scrapbooker gets 1/2 of an 8 ft table. The hotel, which is located in Truro, is comfortable, easy to find, and provides delicious meals and drink service throughout the day. All of our events include Onsite Shopping, 2 Optional Classes, Contests, Games, Lots of Prize Giveaways, A Bag filled with Scrapbook Goodies and unlimited use of our Cropping Courtyard which includes different Diecut Systems and Punches.

The Day's Agenda will look like this:
8 a.m. - 9 a.m. - Welcome and get Started
10:30 - Nutrition Break - Tea, Coffee,Water and Muffins
11 a.m. - Christmas Card Class - Create 3 Xmas Cards for $10.00 (Optional)
3 p.m. - 2 Page Xmas Themed Scrapbook Layout - $10.00 (Optional)
7 p.m. - Nutrition Break - Tea, Coffee, Water and light refreshments

Ongoing prizes and page judging

The Saturday festivities will include a Special Game, Prize Giveaways, and 2 classes that are an added option. The Crop Room never closes, so you can Crop Until You Drop! Nutrition breaks (really - chocolate breaks, but don't tell anyone) will be scheduled twice a day! Enjoy lunch and dinner at the hotel or on your own in the beautiful town of Truro. (ask us to recommend our favourite restaurants) If our on site scrap store does not have that certain item, there is a local scrapbook store nearby.

Please bring a favourite Page you have designed for our Contest with the winner being crowned our "Scrapbook Queen". This event ends at 11 p.m. when we have to start packing up and say goodbye.

THE Scrapbook One Crop PACKAGE is $50.00 and includes:
~ 14 Hours of Non-Stop Crop Time in your Reserved Seat with
4 ft. x 30" of table space. (1/2 of a table)
~ Nutrition Breaks, coffee, tea and water
~ Onsite Shopping, Classes, Goodie Bags with $25.00 of new product, Prize Giveaways, Contests, and use of our "Cropping Area" which includes different Diecut Systems and Punches.

ACCOMODATIONS
This Event will take place at the Best Western Glengarry Inn in Truro, Nova Scotia. It's centrally located and minutes from Pictou with access to the PEI ferry. Staying at the Inn is optional. A block of rooms is reserved at a rate of $93.00 night+ tax for double occupancy and they also have rooms for 4 or more. You will receive a Confirmation Email from us to hold your spot if you pay by paypal. No refunds after September 30th, you must find someone to take your place or forfeit your registration fee, you will receive all handouts and be eligible for prizes if you are
unable to attend. Please Note: Include ALL tablemates when submitting information to ensure that you are seated together. All forms submitted will be processed in the order they are received. No children under the age of 12 will be allowed in the Crop Room. Attendees ages 12 -17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
